Cheap and cheerful, helpful staff. Great location.
Clean bed Coffee in rooms They allowed us to leave bags on final day and gave free water when we left.
Smelly landings. Noisy Patrons outside our room. Old bathrooms. Could smell the damp in a lot of areas. Cupboards are hanging on by threads. Old fashioned needs revamping. Honest feedback for business proprietor. Alot of money needs to spent to revamp the property

Not bad!
The location is not bad, a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road station. Nearby supermarkets. The room even without radiator was quite warm. Staff are helpful. Luggage storage provided. Room service everyday.
No drinking water provided. Only provided bath towel, no bath mat, no face towel, no slipper. No toiletries (toothpaste/brush, shower cap), but soap and shampoo. Since wooden floors, all footsteps and noises are noisy. No line to call the reception counter, so just go for everything you need every time. Then better to take along with you. Staff told they will come give to the room, but never appear . Our room is at the back part of hotel, no direct lift access. Need to carry luggage for few stairs.
